Operations Manager Trainee

INTEGRIA is looking for candidates who can be trained and grow into the operations managers role in 2-4 years.   Brief of training plan is as followed:

1. The trainee will start as customer service rep for 3-6 months which is essential to understanding the fundamentals of the operations and learn how to maintain INTEGRIA’s highest-rated customer satisfaction.  
2. The trainee will need to learn and master Product Collections, Quality Assurance, Shipping & Logistics, and other related product knowledge at INTEGRIA.
3. The trainee will learn about inventory management, database management, etc.
4. The trainee will learn various aspects of internet marketing and market research.

Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate, you will work with the senior management team to manage the company’s marketing activities including but not limited to the following responsibilities:  

1. Design, maintain and optimize Multi-Channel marketing events including social media interactions, email newsletters, promotions and coupons.
2. Produce high quality graphics designs such as image design, banners, flyers, newsletters, HTML pages, etc.
3. Develop front-end web pages powered by HTML, XHTML, CSS and JavaScript code with an eye for compliance with cross-browsers.
4. Present creative ideas and technical solutions for interactive features and Web site marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above with business related major
2. Demonstrated proficiency in graphics production and optimization for the Web using Adobe Creative Suite.
3. Excellent written and verbal communications skills, ability to pay attention to details and be organized.
4. Self-starter and ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
5. Active user on Blogging and social networks such as Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc is a plus.
6. Experienced with coding HTML/XHTML/CSS by hand without aid of a WYSIWYG editor is a plus.
7. Experience with Flash and video editing is a plus.
8. Experience with SQL database (Microsoft Access Preferred) is a plus.

Sales Representative

INTEGRIA seeks independent sales representatives with product/industry sales experience and passion to market our extensive line of products through both ONLINE and OFFLINE means to jewelry stores, seasonal shops, specialty stores, boutiques, etc.

Responsibilities:

1. Thrive in a self-motivated environment while selling a large selection of quality merchandise to retailers including; Fine Jewelry, Fashion Jewelry, Clothing Accessories (Scarves, Hats, Gloves, Hair Accessories and more).
2. Create new business opportunities and maintain customer relationships to promote customer loyalty, gain referrals and elevate positive word-of-mouth advertising.
3. Assess customer needs and encourage interest in merchandise using experience and understanding of industry trends.  Provide customer service in a professional manner.
4. Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, etc. 

Qualifications:

1. Great Attitude/Personality with a passion for success is a must.
2. Well-organized and self-motivated with effective communications skills.
3. Proficient in Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite products, Internet applications and E-mail.
4. Sales experience with online wholesale is highly preferred.
5. Demonstrated ability in meeting sales goals and having meeting/presentation/closing skills as well as knowledge of CRM systems is a plus.
6. Previous experience/knowledge with selling jewelry is a plus.
